TERMS OF SERVICE

The terms of working with Glitch B-Gone.

The short version: services are educational and coaching in nature, results are individual, and we’re doing this work together with clear expectations on both sides.

Nature of Services

  • Services are educational and coaching only. They are not medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapeutic care.

  • Amanda is not a licensed medical professional. She does not perform chelation or any clinical detoxification protocol.

  • Results are individual and not guaranteed.

  • Clients are responsible for continuing care with licensed healthcare providers and for disclosing medications, diagnoses, and relevant conditions that may bear on the coaching engagement.

Booking, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

Free. No cancellation fee. 24-hour notice requested for reschedules.

Single sessions (Sound Frequency, etc.)

24-hour cancellation window; late cancellation forfeits the session fee. No refunds after a session is delivered.

Coaching packages (Transformation)

Standard product return policy governed by The Apothecary's own terms.

Payments

  • Payment at the time of booking (single sessions) or per the terms of the coaching package agreement.

  • Card information is processed by the payment processor; Glitch B-Gone does not store card details.

Confidentiality

  • Client communications are kept confidential.

  • Standard exceptions apply: risk of harm to self or others, legal compulsion, emergency medical situations.

  • Testimonials and quotes are used only with explicit written permission.

Communications and Recordings

  • By booking or contacting, you consent to transactional communications (booking confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates) via email, phone, or SMS.

  • Session recordings require explicit client consent before recording.

  • Response time for non-urgent inquiries: within 2 business days.

Intellectual Property

  • Amanda retains ownership of session content, protocols, recorded material, and written content.

  • Clients may use provided materials for personal wellness purposes; no reproduction, resale, or redistribution is permitted without written permission.

Age and Eligibility

  • Services are for adults 18 and older.

  • Work with minors, if offered, requires written parental or guardian consent and is at Amanda's discretion.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Governing law: Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

  • Disputes will be addressed through good-faith communication first, then mediation or arbitration before litigation.

Electronic Acceptance

Use of this site, submission of forms, booking of services, or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms may be updated as the practice evolves. The last-updated date is always visible at the top of this page.
